Joint Meetings

Joint meetings are an important part of holistic music therapy. New friendships appear and everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their participation in musical session, where everyone is both performer and listener in one person. Active music therapy sessions promote a sense of belonging to a group on a deeper level of perception of common rhythm and harmonies. As part of such a meeting, joint playing instruments and singing take place, and instead of conversations on any topic, everyone can relax by playing together, which will make it possible to turn off the overloaded brain for a while and really relax the intellectual part of one’s personality. It does not require any musical education or training, and yet everyone can enjoy a common dissolution in tones and harmonies without necessarily having to play any instrument. Music therapy instruments can be played by anyone without the need to attend special instrument playing lessons.
